Delivery & Lead Times

Furniture delivery works differently from parcel shipping.
Large items travel through scheduled furniture logistics networks rather than standard courier routes.

Because of this, delivery is planned and coordinated — not rushed.

What happens after you order

1. Order confirmation
We confirm availability with the supplier and reserve your item.

2. Preparation & dispatch
Your furniture is prepared for transport and added to a delivery route.

3. Delivery scheduling
The delivery team contacts you to arrange a suitable day.

4. Delivery to your home
Your item arrives through a planned furniture delivery — not a doorstep parcel drop.

Typical lead times

Most items arrive within 1–3 weeks, depending on stock location and route planning.

Some larger or made-to-order pieces may take longer.
We always keep you updated if this happens.

Why delivery takes longer than small parcels

Furniture cannot safely travel through automated parcel systems.

Instead it moves through:

  • protective handling

  • manual loading

  • scheduled transport routes

  • coordinated delivery days

This prevents damage and ensures safe arrival.

If your item arrives damaged

Contact us and we will arrange support with the supplier.

Do not dispose of packaging until the item is checked.

Changing or cancelling an order

Because transport is scheduled quickly after reservation, changes may not always be possible once processing begins.

Contact us as soon as possible and we will advise available options.

Our goal is simple:
your furniture arrives safely, not quickly.
